They’re quick-witted, online-savvy, and honestly terrifying as an audience. But our partnership with Team Liquid pros gave us a way in to create specialized content that gamers would actually love… even if technically it’s coming from Big Brand®️.

For this activation we invited Alixxa, gamer for Verizon partner Team Liquid and Twitch personality, to play Fortnite duos with her father… and without the option to build.
Suffice to say, it was the most fun any of us (talent included) had all year.

We crafted social media posts and videos for Alixxa to tease out for a week leading up to the event, along with Verizon and our Team Liquid partners.
lessons with liquid
To tap into the interest of more casual gamers, we partnered with some of our fave guys on Team Liquid to put together an educational series of streams, Q&As, and 1:1 lessons for fans.
They held office hour streams and, based off some pop quizzes, fans were able to score personalized training sessions with one of our 3 streamers.
As with Alixxa’s activation, we created brand and influencer content to roll out during the Lessons time period.
